Thomas brought to life

One of Thomas the tank engines biggest fan ratings come from the adaptations of the Railway Series created into a Television show which since first airing in 1984 is still going strong today.

Originally the televised episodes were created and produced in the UK with narrator Ringo Starr (The Beatles) for the first 2 series. Next Michael Angelis took up the role and has continued to narrate the shows in the UK at present.

In recent years Thomas has made a strong influence and fan base in the US, being narrated by George Carlin, Michael Brandon, and Alec Baldwin. The shows are now produced in the US rather then the UK but they have continued to produce wonderful episodes, even creating their own stories and new characters to entertain both children and adults alike.

The Thomas and Friends television recently aired its most recent season, Season 10 and it looks like Thomas will keep chugging along and bringing out more seasons to come.
